About the Job

 

As the Head of Recruiting, you will identify the most interesting, diverse candidates to join us as we continue to grow and scale Flow Carbon. You’ll develop a hiring process to create an optimal experience for our hiring managers and candidates, building a diverse candidate pipeline for our roles. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment, so the ability to work through ambiguity and remain flexible is key.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Source, recruit & hire the best talent for our opportunities

  • Build talent pipelines for current and future needs

  • Create an efficient experience from application stage to offer, including skill assessment, interview process, offer process 

  • Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to set hiring strategy 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, 2+ years of experience in the crypto space or passion for crypto strongly preferred

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting for different functions in a fast-pacedp environment

  • Ability to source and build diverse talent pipelines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record using social media, networks, and research methods to engage talent

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices and sourcing tools

  • Ability to remain organized while adapting to a dynamic environment 

  • Ability to attract, engage and close talent
