About the Job
As the Head of Recruiting, you will identify the most interesting, diverse candidates to join us as we continue to grow and scale Flow Carbon. You’ll develop a hiring process to create an optimal experience for our hiring managers and candidates, building a diverse candidate pipeline for our roles. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment, so the ability to work through ambiguity and remain flexible is key.
Responsibilities
Source, recruit & hire the best talent for our opportunities
Build talent pipelines for current and future needs
Create an efficient experience from application stage to offer, including skill assessment, interview process, offer process
Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to set hiring strategy
Qualifications
5+ years of experience, 2+ years of experience in the crypto space or passion for crypto strongly preferred
Experience in full-cycle recruiting for different functions in a fast-pacedp environment
Ability to source and build diverse talent pipelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record using social media, networks, and research methods to engage talent
Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices and sourcing tools
Ability to remain organized while adapting to a dynamic environment
Ability to attract, engage and close talent
