About the Job

 

As the Director of Corporate Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping our boutique retail and enterprise go-to-market strategy, helping create and implement a process for selling to both retail and enterprise customers. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive key agreements forward and will manage individual and team goals. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Grow the customer pipeline through outreach and other sales tactics

  • Create and manage all assets needed for internal and external sales conversations

  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of sales content, including marketing materials, meeting materials, and RFPs

  • Identify key trends and opportunities to grow Flow Carbon, looking at ways to scale and drive more awareness

  • Develop a network throughout the industry to increase Flow Carbon’s exposure and business opportunities


 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in sales and/or business development focused on carbon credits or other environmental commodities

  • Technical understanding of the voluntary carbon market, carbon offsets and the main certification bodies governing the market (i.e. Verra and Gold Standard)

  • Experience with prospecting and closing new business and interfacing with senior-level decision makers 

  • Ability to collaborate with customers on their sustainability and carbon goals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to gather and leverage data to develop relevant strategies, then bring a plan to fruition with seamless execution and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work towards business goals, and be comfortable with shifting priorities as needed
