About Polimorphic
We're on a mission to help state and local governments deliver better service to the people they serve. As service demands grow and budgets stay flat, we've partnered with over 200 government departments across cities, counties, and states to dramatically modernize how they work. Our platform spans AI-powered resident-facing services (chat, voice, search) and the internal tools governments use to manage cases, licenses, workflows, and more.

You’ll be part of a fast growing and collaborative product team. Every design decision we ship reaches real people navigating real government processes.
