Job Summary:
We are seeking our first Sales Development Representative Manager to build, lead, and scale our outbound sales development organization. This role will be critical in shaping the foundation of our pipeline generation strategy and ensuring the success of our SDR team as a key driver of revenue growth. The SDR Manager will oversee a team of 10 SDRs, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure consistent execution of outbound prospecting and qualification. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role that requires balancing team leadership with process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and close alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and manage a team of 10 SDRs, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Provide regular coaching and training to improve prospecting skills, messaging, and qualification techniques.

Establish clear performance metrics and career development paths for SDRs.

Own the team’s pipeline creation goals and ensure SDRs are consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

Monitor daily activities, conversion rates, and outcomes to optimize team performance.

Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on target accounts.

Develop scalable outbound prospecting strategies, cadences, and best practices.

Partner with Sales Operations to refine territory assignments, lead routing, and data quality.

Work closely with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.

Provide feedback on ICP refinement and market insights from SDR outreach.

Build a positive, high-energy environment where SDRs are motivated to achieve both individual and team goals.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales development in technology sales.

Proficiency in analyzing sales funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.

Experience building and managing dashboards in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track SDR performance and pipeline generation.

Strong command of sales KPIs and forecasting models; able to translate data into actionable insights for both SDRs and executives.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold SDRs accountable to performance metrics.
