As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Polimorphic, you will be the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams. You’ll shape how we position and communicate our platform, empower the sales team with compelling collateral and tools, and drive market insights to inform product development and competitive strategy. This is a high-impact role with significant influence on go-to-market success.

What You’ll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop differentiated messaging frameworks that speak directly to our target personas in local government (e.g., city managers, recorders, clerks).

  • Collaborate with Product to translate complex features into clear, compelling value propositions.

  • Own and evolve product narratives across the website, collateral, campaigns, and sales channels.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Lead product and feature launches from strategy to execution, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Define launch goals, messaging, enablement content, and timelines.

  • Measure and report on launch success and iterate for continuous improvement.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain a robust library of sales materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides.

  • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on new messaging and product capabilities.

  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to refine product storytelling based on funnel feedback.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Own competitive research and analysis — mapping market trends, emerging players, and key differentiators.

  • Create internal assets (e.g., win/loss insights, competitor briefs) that help Sales position Polimorphic effectively.

  • Act as a market expert, providing intelligence that influences product strategy and GTM tactics.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Partner with research, sales, and support to understand buyer needs, user behavior, and voice of customer.

  • Interview customers, run surveys, and analyze data to inform messaging, positioning, and content strategy.

  • Support persona development and use case mapping for different buyer roles in local government.

 


 

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or public sector/GovTech.
    Proven track record of enabling sales teams with effective content and tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling language.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Experience with competitive analysis and developing win/loss programs.

  • Passion for technology that makes a difference — experience with or interest in local government is a big plus.
