The Role

We’re hiring our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire to build and scale the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive visibility, alignment, and efficiency across the full revenue funnel. You'll design systems and processes that enable our teams to hit their goals—faster and smarter.

 


 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain GTM infrastructure: Own and optimize CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), sales workflows, reporting tools, and integrations across GTM tools.

  • Pipeline and forecast reporting: Partner with sales leadership to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.

  • Compensation and territory planning: Support the design and operationalization of sales territories, quotas, and incentive plans.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing to align lead handoff and tracking, funnel conversion, and campaign attribution. Collaborate with Customer Success on renewals and upsell processes.

  • Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, recommend improvements, and implement best-in-class processes for scale. Build repository of data for RFPs.

  • Data governance: Ensure data quality and hygiene in CRM and across revenue systems.

 


 

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Are deeply familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and GTM tech stack (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).

  • Love working with data and can build reports and dashboards in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar.

  • Are an analytical problem-solver who can zoom in and out—from big-picture strategy to implementation details.

  • Communicate clearly and thrive in cross-functional settings.

  • Are proactive, organized, and eager to build from 0 to 1.

 


 

Nice to Haves

  • Experience at an early-stage startup or in a fast-growing company.

  • Familiarity with public sector sales or complex B2B buying processes.

  • Background in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial modeling.
