The members of the Front Desk team play an integral role in member service and experience.  As the heartbeat of The FORT, team members will greet guests, receive telephone inquiries, serve as a resource to members on all programs/services and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the lobby.


  • Passion for health, fitness and assisting others

  • Prior experience in a customer service position (fitness experience preferred) 

  • Must have excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn and be trained on all company software to manage daily operations

  • Ability to positively engage with prospects/members by building relationships/rapport

  • Results driven and a strong work ethic

  • Team oriented

  • Ability to problem solve 

  • Ability to overcome objections through communication

  • Physical demands that may include:

    • Lifting up to 45lbs

    • Walk through all areas of the club

    • Climbing stairs

    • Bending/lifting (picking up towels, cleaning, etc.)
