Canteen attendant will provide food and beverage services to members of The Fort in a friendly, high level service manner. With the goal of driving juice bar revenue, this person will service mobile and in-person orders for members. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, perform well in fast paced environments and be a self starter.
Requirements:
Passion for health, fitness and assisting others
Prior experience in a customer service position (fitness, food and beverage preferred)
Must have excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and be trained on all company software
Ability to positively engage with prospects/members by building relationships/rapport
Results driven and a strong work ethic

Ability to overcome objections through communication
Physical demands that may include:
Lifting up to 45lbs
Walk through all areas of the club
Climbing stairs
Bending/lifting (picking up towels, cleaning, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Fulfills members food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Adheres to all health and safety guidelines
Ensures that all products and materials are fully stocked and reports to management when orders should be placed
Provides members with the nutritional information of all products
Delivers excellent customer service through verbal and non-verbal communication
Greets and welcomes all members and prospective members in a positive, upbeat manner
Performs POS and Club Account transactions for members/guests
Maintains and develops a keen understanding of all programs, products, and services
Attends and engages in daily, weekly and monthly team meetings/huddles
Works to resolve member issues or complaints in the utmost professional and courteous manner
Upholds the cleanliness and safety measures set forth by the Fort AC leadership
Serves as a key team member in the operations of The Fort AC
Schedule - This is a part-time (10-hour per week minimum) position which warrants a flexible schedule which includes AM/PM, weekend, and holiday shifts. Days and hours worked will be established upon hire. Any and/all requests to change the schedule must be approved by management.
