WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Wedding & Social Sales Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for wedding clients from inquiry through planning.

  • Develop and present custom wedding proposals and curated menus that reflect the couple’s vision.

  • Attend venue walkthroughs, tastings, and client meetings to ensure every detail is perfect.

  • Manage vendor coordination (rentals, florals, entertainment, etc.) and relay all plans to the BTS operations team with precision.

Event Presence:

  • Attend weddings and related events to provide on-site support or smoothly hand off to event managers.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through hands-on involvement and exceptional communication.

Administrative & Sales Growth:

  • Maintain organized client files using catering CRM software.

  • Participate in weekly production meetings with culinary and operations teams.

  • Cultivate new wedding business while nurturing existing relationships with venues, planners, and past clients.

  • Represent BTS at wedding shows, industry mixers, and networking events.

Special Projects:

Occasionally support high-profile or large-scale events (e.g., Rose Bowl, Olympic Games) — with the potential for performance-based bonuses.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proven wedding sales and management experience

  • Experience in catering and/or hospitality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple events and timelines with poise

  • A self-starter attitude and creative problem-solving skills

  • Genuine excitement for helping couples create their dream day
