About this Job
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will assist engineers, consultants, partners and the Client Engagement Team with limited supervision in building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and execution of projects. You will support the team and our clients on a regular basis and be an essential component of our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be located in Houston, Texas
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update CPA referrals and relationships in CRM
• Schedule and prepare yourself and CEO for conference calls with prospective clients
• Create RFI’s, shared folders, Salesforce entries, Results Letters, Engagement Letters and proposals
• Handle administrative tasks from the CEO on an as needed basis
• Maintain constant contact with clients to strengthen relationship and obtain necessary information to keep projects moving forward
• Educate and consult business owners, executives and CPA’s through our complimentary Phase 1 process, describing technical topics in a conversational manner
• Regularly follow-up with clients, partners, prospects and with cross-functional teams at BRAYN to move projects along
• Create, update and prepare presentations for webinars. Solicit organizations to secure future webinars
• Assist with coordinating both small and large company events
• Coordinate travel and scheduling needs for CEO as needed
• Some travel required (up to 10% of work time traveling)
Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional sales experience required
• Strong client interaction, sales and marketing skills
• Strong project management ability
• Strong phoning skills
• Experience working with C-suite level executives preferred
• Previous experience with CRM such as Salesforce preferred
• Previous work in specialty tax incentives a plus
• Previous work experience in AEC industry a plus
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Time management and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation skills
• Must have reliable transportation and secure work location
• Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
