About this Job

As a Regional Representative you will be responsible for maintaining client & CPA relationships, managing accounts, and bringing in new clients to the company within your respective territory. You will support the team and our clients on a regular basis and be an essential component of our growing practice.  Although remote, the candidate must be located in Portland.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Establish new CPA relationships while nurturing existing ones

· Solicit new clientele in your territory

· Retention for current clients in your territory

· Attend networking events with local organizations

· Hold 3-4 Blitzes a year (client and CPA recruiting trips)

· Hold quarterly calls with CPAs

· Schedule and prepare for conference calls with prospective clients

· Create RFI’s, shared folders, Salesforce entries, Results Letters, Engagement Letters and proposals

· Strengthen CPA relationships and obtain necessary documents to keep projects moving forward

· Create, update and prepare and present presentations for webinars or in-person learning sessions

· Solicit CPA firms to secure future webinars or in-person learning sessions

· Create content for marketing campaigns and social media engagement

· Coordinate both small and large Client or CPA events

· Travel is required in your respective territory (CPA and client meetings, networking events, conferences, tradeshows, etc)

· Some travel to conferences/tradeshows outside of your territory may be required

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional sales experience required

• Strong client interaction, sales and marketing skills

• Strong project management ability

• Strong phoning skills

• Must be willing to learn, understand and speak eloquently on the specialty tax incentives that we offer

 

• Experience working with C-suite level executives preferred

• Previous experience with CRM such as Salesforce preferred

• Previous work in specialty tax incentives a plus

• Previous work experience in AEC industry a plus

• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Time management and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation skills

• Must have reliable transportation and secure work location

• Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
