We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded CFO. This is a Contractor role. We will match your skillset and available monthly capacity with appropriate assignments as they become available. The CFO role will require majority of daytime availability dedicated to your specific accounts’ activities, although many tasks may be performed off-hours.

Project and service offerings may be:

· Long term (>3 months, ongoing/recurring, years duration)

· Short term (as low as <30 days or even a single event)

· Hours as low as 3-5 per month

· Hours as high as 100-130 per month

· Rates are ranging from $60-100/hour dependent on the duration of the contract, Contractor skill level, specialty, and project/service offering complexity

Depending on the specific project or service assignment, your tasks may include:

· CFO advisory to Account CEO

· Providing strategy sessions for Client Leadership Team

· Owning the creation and maintenance of the most efficient path to clean financial data for reporting and analysis

· Completing projections and supporting utilization of our FP&A service line, when applicable

· Advising on system utilization

· Initiating clear financial processes through the evaluation of locations, tags, and custom fields

· Owning, directing, and clearly documenting process improvement

· Cash flow management

· Referrals for banking, financing, and insurance pros

· Month-end reviews

· Heavy influence and direction over financial activities of Client’s in-house finance team and/or AmpliFi Controller/Transactional team members

· Upselling AmpliFi suites, services, and projects based on client’s goals and needs

Qualifications Required:

· BS or MS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 3 years of CFO experience

· Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

· Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Experience and/or certified within EOS or Great Game of Business is a plus, but not required.
