Position Summary: Seeking Consultant to assist our efforts supporting the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) Applied Research and Integration (ARI) Branch.  Work requires an understanding of the Systems Engineering and Integration Lifecycle. Successful candidate will directly support Senior Government stakeholders in defining an overarching approach to systems engineering and integration for ARI projects.

Must Have:

·       Experience implementing the Software Engineering and Dev Ops Lifecycle.

·       Familiar with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).

·       Experience identifying Program redundancies, gaps, and shortfalls and provide mitigation recommendations to increase efficiency, mitigate risk, increase productivity, and streamline mission partner experience.

·       Experience providing program/project management advisory and assistance services, deconflict project priorities with available partnered resources, Lead Scrum meetings, and manage Kanban boards.

Desired:

·       Familiar with Enterprise Architecture frameworks, preferably Department of Defense Architect Framework (DoDAF).

·       Experience participating in strategic planning and/or presenting to senior decision makers in the intelligence community is a plus.

Education/Certifications/Clearance

·       Applicants shall have a minimum of a TS/SCI clearance at time of application and be able to obtain a CI Poly.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in technical field and/or 10 years of relevant technical experience is preferred.

• Must be DoD 8570.01-M certified (Such as Security+)
