Position Overview:

Wolfe Research is seeking an Associate to work alongside of the Operations and IT teams to migrate and support internal SaaS systems. For the first year, this role will primarily focus on the build and implementation of a new Salesforce-based system. The role will then transition to a hybrid of new projects and existing system product management. This person will be responsible for working with cross-functional back-office teams as well as business end users to define requirements, design, implement, test, deploy & manage in-house and SaaS applications that support every area of Wolfe Research’s business. This role requires Salesforce implementation and automation experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong business analysis and/or testing background as well as a desire for continuous improvement and learning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business end users to gather and document requirements for new systems and/or system updates.
  • Work alongside of the Development, IT & Product Management teams to design, implement, test & roll out applications.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines for relevant projects.
  • Manage testing process for relevant systems throughout continuous upgrade lifecycle.
  • Assist in the creation and management of system related documentation.
  • Design and maintain application training plans for business end users.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained across relevant systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software system implementation & management
  • Experience building and managing Salesforce systems (Data model creation & management, administration, flows)
  • Experience with system integration design and implementation.
  • Experience with API design and management.
  • Data cleaning, translation and management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with end user requirement gathering and training.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in Financial Services
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst / other consultant certification

 

Additional experience that would be great:

  • Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience working on a hybrid teamà 3 day in office requirement

The compensation for this role is market competitive with a base salary range of 100,000-120,000. We intend to offer the selected candidate a base salary within this range, based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill set, job-related experience, and location. In addition, we offer an annual discretionary incentive bonus and competitive employee benefits including: medical, dental and vision coverage; life, accident and disability insurance.
