We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist for our crypto tax practice. The ideal candidate has excellent people skills and is able to proactively solve problems. You will be responsible for helping our team members manage their workloads and making sure that our clients' needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet client's needs
• Assist with project management and process improvement
• Assist with progress billing

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• At least one to two years of personal crypto experience, preferably including DeFi
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
