Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our systems engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development with specific experience in Field Service Management, Mobile App development, and Order Management. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, with a focus on Field Service Management, Mobile App, and Order Management modules.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
· Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
· Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform, providing timely support to end-users.
· Develop and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and workflows.
· Assist in the administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security roles, and access controls.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Field Service Management, Mobile App, and Order Management.
· ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
· Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, application development, and integration techniques.
· Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.
· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules is a plus.
· Ability to troubleshoot effectively
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to left and carry equipment and packages up to 30 pounds
