In light of our recent growth, RTS Tactical is expanding and we are seeking a highly talented, motivated and goal-oriented Customer Service Professional to join our team.

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who embodies our core values of precision, reliability, and exceptional service. Job Responsibilities

Customer Inquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide timely and accurate responses to questions regarding products, services, pricing, availability, and specifications.

Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders from initiation to completion. This includes order entry, monitoring order status, handling modifications, and ensuring timely delivery.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, including complaints, technical problems, and any other service-related challenges. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, technologies, and services. Continuously update this knowledge to provide customers with current and comprehensive information.

Feedback Collection: Actively solicit feedback from customers regarding product quality, service experience, and overall satisfaction. Use this feedback to suggest improvements to internal teams.

Account Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Understand their needs and preferences to tailor service and support, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.

Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system for future reference and to enhance service continuity.

Policy and Procedure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service, order processing, and privacy. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to improve personal skills and contribute to the enhancement of team performance. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Sales Support: Assist in identifying sales opportunities through customer interactions. Provide support to the sales team by facilitating introductions, providing product information, and contributing to sales strategies.

Product Support: Offer basic technical support for products, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps or escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.

Pay Range:
$15 - $17 per hour
