Summary of Position   

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join the global Revenue Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this role will be the cornerstone of operational excellence and support our marketing strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business process, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.  


The ideal candidate is an experienced Marketing professional who wants to assume more responsibility and help drive our Marketing operations efforts. This candidate will be self-motivated, always looking for ways to take operational excellence to the next level, and a strong team player who takes great pride in the quality, precision, and measurable results of their work. 

We are looking for someone who is accountable and excited by the idea of acting both operationally to drive day-to-day impact and strategically to scale our business and position us for multi-year growth. 


Own marketing technology software and systems, from implementation to adoption. 


Drive best practices across the MarTech stack, making recommendations to drive higher performance and optimization. 


Proactively analyze and advise on the campaign, marketing funnel & demand generation performance and provide actionable insights. 


Partner with marketing managers to build, activate, and optimize demand generation campaigns, optimizing for personas/audiences.


Continually monitor and drive incremental conversion rate optimization initiatives across the marketing stack (web, email a/b testing, etc.) 


Manage critical marketing processes such as attribution, suppression, audiences, and campaigns. 


Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and revenue operations to continually iterate and develop account and contact lead scoring across all QL channels. 


Manage technical aspects of marketing system integration. 


Develop insights and make recommendations on potential areas of optimization. 


Contribute to the development or improvement of systems or processes to effectively improve data cleanliness and management. 




5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Sales Operations, or related discipline (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech industry). 


Required hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (preferably Salesforce), marketing funnel, and other B2B systems and concepts. 


Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, comfortable with tight deadlines. 


Self-starter who enjoys "figuring things out"; a creative thinker 


Experience in implementing and maintaining marketing automation platforms as part of a sophisticated marketing stack is required. 


Experience managing a marketable database of 500k+ 


Data-driven approach and highly analytical 


Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead, contact, and account scoring.

 Salary Range $90,000 - $115,000
