Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Operating Room Nurse (OR Nurse) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient surgical procedures, a strong understanding of reproductive health, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room before, during, and after procedures.
- Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing fertility-related procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and hysteroscopies.
- Monitor patient vitals and comfort throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, preferably in women’s health or reproductive medicine.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
