About Us:
SpringCreek Fertility is committed to guiding families through their fertility journey by providing expert care and invaluable resources. We are currently seeking a motivated Physician Liaison to strengthen our community connections and enhance our visibility through strategic marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement patient-focused marketing initiatives to attract and engage potential patients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OB/Gyn and Family Care physicians through office visits, lunches, and other outreach activities.
• Organize and oversee events such as marketing booths, patient support groups, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create impactful materials for physicians and patients.
• Represent SpringCreek at key patient events, including reunions and support programs.
• Assist in social media engagement by proposing content ideas and responding to patient interactions.
• Evaluate the success of marketing programs and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and meet productivity goals set by the Executive Director.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Background in marketing, public relations, or healthcare outreach is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in event planning and engaging diverse audiences.
