Job Purpose: The Member Services Specialist is essential to Membership Services and Club Operations at Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club. The Front Desk Administrator will manage the incoming traffic of the member entrance and the reception desk.

Job Summary:

Essential Functions

  • Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and takes accurate messages
  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Directs calls to the appropriate department or person
  • Directs Members and guests to the appropriate department or person
  • Respond to member questions, concerns, and discrepancies
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Participates in required training
  • Demonstrates the Club’s Core Values
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications/Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and with others
  • Understanding of time limitations/restrictions related to various tasks and projects
  • High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
  • Reliable, professional, tech savvy
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone


Work Schedule and Hours: This is a part-time position. Must work Saturday/Sunday. Must be flexible if needed for holiday and occasional work outside of normal business hours.


Compensation: This is an hourly position starting at $25.00.
