Work Schedule/Hours
Full-time hours. Schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Every other weekend: Sat & Sun 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. During the week you work weekend days you will have the prior Thursday off.

Job Purpose:
To provide members and their guests with an enjoyable golf experience with superior golf course conditions through maintenance and cultural practices.
Job Summary (Essential Functions)
All Greenskeepers:
- Rake and edge bunkers.
- Prepare and lay sod.
- Rake and blow leaves.
- Hand-water fairways and rough.
- Some mowing.
- Walk mow greens, tees, collars and approaches.
More Experienced Greenskeepers may also have some or all of the following responsibilities:
- Use riding mowers to mow fairway and rough.
- Cut cups and set tees.
- Help with projects, ie. bunker repair, drainage, irrigation repair
- Mixing and spraying pesticides and fertilizers on greens, tees, and fairways.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., as well as stand, sit or kneel for extended periods of time. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. Also, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and sometimes loud noises.
Required Experience:
- 1 year of golf course greenskeeper experience, landscaping experience, or construction experience preferred.
Pay Rate: This is an hourly position ranging from $20 - $28 per hour, based on experience.
