Job Summary:
As an AI Solutions Executive based in Nashville, TN, you will drive strategic sales initiatives to promote enterprise adoption of SUPERWISE’s AI governance and observability platform. This is a high-impact role requiring a deep understanding of enterprise risk, data governance, AI and digital transformation. You’ll work directly with executive stakeholders to diagnose challenges, create agentic workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes through SUPERWISE’s cutting-edge platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within enterprise accounts.
- Continue to partner with clients post-sale to support platform adoption, value realization, and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to address governance, risk, and operational performance challenges using the SUPERWISE platform.
- Understand our technology offering and proactively prospect companies that would benefit from our Enterprise AI Governance and Operations Platform.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with SUPERWISE’s expansion goals.
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline and track performance metrics (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers across data, IT, compliance, and executive leadership teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent customer satisfaction.
- Position SUPERWISE as the control layer for AI—delivering observability, policy automation, and compliance enforcement to enterprise clients.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and proposals in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Influence the product roadmap by sharing customer feedback and emerging market needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving go-to-market strategies to inform sales tactics.
- Represent SUPERWISE at key client meetings, industry conferences, and events to build brand visibility and cultivate opportunities.
- Leverage existing strategic partnerships with large enterprise brands and networks to accelerate adoption and scale impact.
Travel:
• Occasional travel may be required for strategic client meetings or events
Qualifications & Skills:
• 5–7+ years of enterprise software or platform sales, preferably in AI, SaaS or governance technologies
• Proven track record exceeding $1M+ in annual sales quotas
• Understanding of AI/ML applications and enterprise AI adoption patterns
• Experience selling into regulated verticals such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Consultative mindset with strong business acumen and technical curiosity
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, based in the Nashville metro area
