Senior Business Systems Engineer (Focus on ERP Implementation & Integration) – Blattner Technologies

Job Summary:
As a Senior Business Systems Implementation & Integration Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical lead for the full lifecycle of ERP (NetSuite) implementation, including system setup, configuration, customization, and continuous integration with various business systems. This role demands extensive expertise in NetSuite and other integrated systems, designed to deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Spearhead the NetSuite implementation across the organization, aligning with business goals and operational needs.
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize NetSuite modules, user roles, and permissions to meet organizational requirements.
  • Continuous System Integration: Manage ongoing integration of NetSuite with various external systems using API-based tools like RESTlets and SOAP.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • System Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of the NetSuite environment to validate configurations and customizations before going live.
  • User Training and Support: Develop and provide continuous training and support to maximize user engagement and system proficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, and modifications for compliance and maintenance purposes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor integration strategies.
  • Ongoing Integrations: Once NetSuite is implemented you will continue to iteratively improve the system and connected systems working with our engineering and development teams to ensure that all systems meet business needs in a connected fashion.

 

Required Skills

  • NetSuite Expertise: Profound knowledge in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Customization Proficiency: Strong skills in SuiteScript for system customization and automation.
  • Integration Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in integrating NetSuite with various systems is required.
  • Project Management Excellence: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a knack for troubleshooting and process optimization.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of direct experience in ERP system implementation, specifically with NetSuite.
  • Certifications in NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or NetSuite Developer are highly desirable.

 

Work Schedule

  • Willingness to Work US 'Day Shift' During Implementation Phase: This role requires flexibility to work according to US business hours to facilitate collaboration with US-based teams and stakeholders during the critical implementation phase.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Compensation: INR: 22,00,000 to 28,00,000 per annum (USD in posting is subject to exchange rates.)
