Job Summary:
Blattner Technologies, a leading digital agency at the forefront of AI technologies and providing support to clients across various industries, is seeking a skilled and dynamic PPC & Paid Social Media Specialist to manage our client's paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking, with a strong background in managing multiple client accounts and campaigns. The candidate should also have extensive experience in US markets, understanding US-based trends, and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to identify the most effective keywords and targeting strategies for our clients' PPC and Paid Social Media campaigns, particularly in eCommerce.
- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels, including Twitter (X), Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others, tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Implement and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking to ensure accurate data collection and reporting for all client accounts.
- Develop and launch paid social campaigns on various platforms that adhere to the organization’s budget, brand, and standards, with a specific focus on eCommerce.
- Utilize tools like SEMRush and Google Keyword Planner to enhance campaign performance and keyword targeting.
- Leverage various AI tools to optimize ad performance, streamline campaign management, and identify new opportunities.
- Apply a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, systems, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI for online stores.
- Conduct audience, placement, and platform research to inform paid social strategies.
- Analyze and optimize ads based on KPIs, providing detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Build and manage audiences and develop advanced geotargeting strategies to reach the right demographics.
- Manage bid strategies to ensure efficient use of budget and maximize campaign ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and other marketing team members to ensure strategic alignment across all campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest PPC, Paid Social Media, eCommerce, and AI trends, best practices, and new technologies, utilizing this knowledge to continuously improve client campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role within a digital agency, with a solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms.
- Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and eCommerce advertising is essential.
- Strong background in managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Extensive experience running Paid Social Media campaigns on platforms such as Twitter (X), Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
- Experience using tools like SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner, and leveraging AI tools for campaign optimization.
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms, systems, and tracking eCommerce conversions.
- Strong experience in geotargeting, audience building, and bid management strategies.
- Extensive experience with US markets, including an understanding of US-based trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills for Ads and Ad Copy that drive engagement and conversions.
- Highly analytical with strong data analysis skills, able to interpret campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong understanding of AI and its application in advertising.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with other marketing team members and account managers.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Flexibility for shifts aligned with US working hours may be necessary, based on customer needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Compensation Range: ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 per year
