Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive enterprise-level sales and expand our market presence. This role will be instrumental in shaping strategic sales initiatives, building high-value client relationships, and delivering revenue growth for our AI and data solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in technology, SaaS, AI, or cloud solutions, coupled with a proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate high-value client relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Lead complex sales cycles, from initial outreach and needs assessment to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Present and articulate Blattner Technologies' AI and data-driven solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track performance metrics, and report sales forecasts.
Travel
• Frequent regional travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and digital transformation technologies.
• Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and contract negotiation at the executive level.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive sales initiatives, and build a high-performing sales pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling to industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or technology.
• Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in enterprise companies.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
• Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
