Position Summary:
We are seeking a mid-to-senior-level Agentic Engineer with expertise in multi-agent orchestration, deterministic AI workflows, and API-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or RAG-based AI and will play a key role in refining structured AI-driven task execution frameworks. This role involves developing AI-powered reasoning engines, integrating multi-agent systems, and optimizing LLM-driven automation pipelines.
The right candidate will have deep experience in AI workflow design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods, and enterprise system integration while ensuring structured, repeatable, and scalable AI task execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize deterministic AI workflows using multi-agent orchestration and AI-driven automation frameworks.
• Develop reasoning-based AI pipelines leveraging LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, RAG methodologies, and structured AI-driven decision-making.
• Enhance LLM-powered task execution by implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for improved accuracy and performance.
• Build and optimize AI-powered automation agents capable of handling enterprise workflows with structured, validated outputs.
• Develop and integrate multi-agent systems that execute structured task orchestration with defined success metrics.
• Implement AI-driven automation with external APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangGraph, Pinecone) for scalable AI execution.
• Ensure AI workflow compliance, security, and auditability through structured validation mechanisms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize and deploy AI automation solutions that meet real-world business challenges.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements, particularly in LLM optimization, prompt engineering, and memory-augmented AI agents.
• Document system configurations, AI behaviors, and automation processes for technical teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• 4–7 years of experience in AI-driven automation, LLM-based multi-agent workflows, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong Python expertise with experience in AI/ML development, API integrations, and AI automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar AI workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for LLM-based structured AI pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI-driven automation with APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.
• Deep understanding of multi-agent AI systems for structured, business-critical task execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize AI models for real-time, enterprise-scale applications.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and AI deployment strategies.
• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) to support memory-enhanced AI workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with reasoning-based AI automation frameworks, such as DSPy, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of AI-powered orchestration platforms (e.g., CrewAI, OpenDevin).
• Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, or Django for AI service deployment.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines for AI model automation.
• Background in AI-powered decision-making models and LLM memory optimization techniques.
Job Type:
• Full-time
• Remote
Compensation Range:
• $110,000–$140,000 per year (flexible based on expertise and AI framework experience)
Benefits:
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Opportunities for professional growth and AI research collaboration.
• Flexible work hours and a highly innovative team environment.
