Job Summary:
As part of the Service Desk & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational workflows and providing technical support across the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing service desk activities, optimizing operations, and resolving technical issues. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and strong communication skills to deliver efficient and effective support while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize service desk requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and service desk processes.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Maintain and document service desk procedures, including logs of incidents and resolutions.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and service delivery.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency.
Travel
- Travel may include business meetings and customer visits as required.
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Strong technical acumen to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Business savvy to align operational processes with organizational goals.
- Experience in a service desk or operational role is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation Range: $55,000-$75,000
