Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Credentialing in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Director will be responsible for credentialing, privileging, and enrollment functional enhancements, implementation, and client support. Additionally, the Director will ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Some work from home is acceptable.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, developing, and implementing healthcare credentialing, enrollment, and privileging processes and technology
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including NCQA, TJC, and CMS
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a customer-service orientation
  • Experience with managing remote teams and the ability to work with various levels of staff and management
  • Working with software development teams to implement and enhance credentialing functions
  • Central Verification Office development and management experience
