Position Purpose:
The Solutions Consultant will be a client-facing product expert for Acorn Healthcare Credentialing Solutions during the sales process. The Solutions Consultant will conduct product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, while acting as the Subject Matter Expert in the Acorn Healthcare Credentialing Solutions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3- 5 years Healthcare Solutions Consulting in sales, training and/or implementation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in presenting client-facing healthcare software solutions

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Gain and maintain an expert-level, thorough understanding of the Acorn service offerings, use cases and technical information
- Conduct client-facing overview of Acorn solutions as a support for sales executives; presentations will be onsite or virtual
- Customize demonstrations based on prospective client’s process, challenges and needs
- Capture feedback, questions and ideas from prospective clients on the Acorn solutions; communicate those items with Acorn Development teams for possible inclusion into the product roadmap
- Perform the role of Subject Matter expert for all aspects of the credentialing and enrollment software and service solutions offerings
- Maintain sales/demo content
- Minimal travel is required based on demand for prospect demonstrations and conferences (up to 50%)
