Candidate will work in all aspects of SDLC to maintain and revamp OutSolve’s Production application platform. Candidate will also become familiar with the entire custom software stack of the company, and may be pulled in on various projects to help deliver client-facing reports and portals at various stages. Candidate will work in a team environment as well as individually on projects that may integrate with other applications. Candidate will supervise and mentor other Software Developers and provide feedback\guidance as necessary.

Education and Experience
More than 4 years of professional experience
BS, Computer Science or similar computer engineering field
Skills
- Proficiency in the following technologies: XML, JSON, REACT, .NET/C#, Python, Terraform, and/or related technologies.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud environment and cloud programming
- Proficiency in relational database schema, ER Models, and SQL
- Experience with both external and embedded databases
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Ability to take on new projects, research new technologies and apply acquired methodology to solving problems.
- Working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Excellent overall coding skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills; a proven history of analyzing requirements and then presenting suitable solutions is strongly preferred!
- A proven history of demonstrating a Team Player attitude, especially with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team effort.
- Excellent time management skills; a proven ability to utilize your sense of urgency in order to effectively prioritize tasks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
