As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at OutSolve, you will play a crucial role in engaging the market and creating a robust pipeline for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with developing detailed knowledge of our products and services, and generating demand for OutSolve within our target markets.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach calls, send emails, and utilize other avenues of outreach to schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Strategy Improvement: Contribute to the growth of our company by enhancing prospecting strategies and outbound processes, and by identifying new opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operation teams, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, and become an integral part of the sales organization.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Generate interest in OutSolve’s leading HR compliance services through direct phone, email, and other outreach channels.
  • Navigate objections and secure commitments to learn more about our services.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of OutSolve products and services.
  • Actively research and qualify both outbound and inbound prospects.
  • Book introductory meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Collect and maintain prospect information in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Effectively utilize the commercial team tech stack, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales development, inside sales, or customer experience with a defined selling motion.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Determination: Confidence and tactful determination in your approach.
  • Curiosity: A deep curiosity to understand our prospects and their challenges.
  • Growth Desire: A strong desire and ability to advance within the OutSolve organization.
