- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach calls, send emails, and utilize other avenues of outreach to schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Strategy Improvement: Contribute to the growth of our company by enhancing prospecting strategies and outbound processes, and by identifying new opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operation teams, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, and become an integral part of the sales organization.
- Generate interest in OutSolve’s leading HR compliance services through direct phone, email, and other outreach channels.
- Navigate objections and secure commitments to learn more about our services.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of OutSolve products and services.
- Actively research and qualify both outbound and inbound prospects.
- Book introductory meetings with qualified prospects.
- Collect and maintain prospect information in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Effectively utilize the commercial team tech stack, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales development, inside sales, or customer experience with a defined selling motion.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Determination: Confidence and tactful determination in your approach.
- Curiosity: A deep curiosity to understand our prospects and their challenges.
