The Senior Marketing Specialist works closely with the Director of Marketing Communications on all communications, branding, lead generation, and general marketing initiatives. This role adds value to OutSolve by supporting the execution of campaigns designed to support the company’s growth trajectory.  

The Marketing Specialist is self-driven and has experience supporting marketing projects. The right fit understands big picture goals, takes ownership, has a curious, creative spirit, and the drive to get things done. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support all marketing initiatives
• Plan and execute email campaigns
• Prepare and post optimized blog articles
• Oversee and design for all social media channels
• Assist with content development
• Coordinate company webinars
• Assist with video program development
• Monitor advertising campaigns
• Assists with project management and meetings
• Distribute customer surveys and organize testimonials
• Assist with event and tradeshow logistics
• Reports on campaign activity
• Prepares PowerPoint presentations as needed

Qualifications

• • Minimum 4 yrs experience in a Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Experience in the B2B marketing space highly preferred
  • Knowledge of HubSpot preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation system, HubSpot preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe or Canva
  • Familiarity with CRMs

Required Education

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
