Description:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer located in the Asia Pacific region to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Quote-to-Order process. This role promotes Daniel's flow measurement products, prepares accurate and competitive quotes, and ensures timely and efficient order fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in flow measurement or oil & gas industries is required
- 5+ years in customer service and quotation management.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process quotes and purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations in person and via teleconferencing
- Support tradeshows and customer training events in the region
- Maintain updated customer records in internal systems.
- Send order acknowledgements and weekly updates.
- Coordinate with customers and the factory to address changes and/or delays.
- Support RMA processes and assist other specialists when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (Infosyte or similar).
- Knowledge of Daniel products, pricing, and applications.
- Ability to provide technical solutions and support.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (import/export, contracts, regulations).
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
