A Digital Platform Specialist oversees a company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

This position will be expected to flex and support your team members to accomplish various goals align with the company strategy.

  • Plan, implement, manage and monitor company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
  • Research, develop, and communicate strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goals.
  • Lead and optimize marketing efforts for campaigns, and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them.
  • Complete extensive research to identify new marketing opportunities, and also develop innovative concepts to promote brand awareness.
  • Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
  • Regularly create platform-specific content including text posts, videos, and graphics along with maintain a posting schedule.
  • Performs other duties or tasks assigned by the Management as necessary


EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Proven work experience as Social Media Specialist or Manager. Must have a good eye for trends and an understanding of social media metrics
  • Hands on experience in developing creative, engaging and original content
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and client schedules, and manage work load
