Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service
  • Handle incoming orders and input into order entry system
  • Review orders for accuracy and completion
  • Organize and coordinate shipments
  • Analyze and report Sales data and Customer’s forecast data

  • Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders
  • Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing
  • Work on variety of web-based client systems
  • Communicate openly with clients and internal sales department to resolve inquires

 

Requirements:

·         Must have Microsoft Excel experience including spreadsheet development and the ability to create simple formulas and sort data

·         Flexible with excellent customer service and communication skills

·         Problem solver with strong analytical skills

·         Ability to work well under pressure

·         Organized and detail oriented

·         Great data entry skills

·         Accuracy in your work

·         Attention to detail

·         Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

 

Preferred skills:

·         Experience with SAP preferred

·         Bilingual in Korean preferred
