Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service
- Handle incoming orders and input into order entry system
- Review orders for accuracy and completion
- Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders
- Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing
- Work on variety of web-based client systems
- Communicate openly with clients and internal sales department to resolve inquires
Requirements:
- Must have Microsoft Excel experience including spreadsheet development and the ability to create simple formulas and sort data
- Flexible with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organized and detail oriented
- Great data entry skills
- Accuracy in your work
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Preferred skills:
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Bilingual in Korean preferred
