• Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service
  • Handle incoming orders and input into order entry system
  • Review orders for accuracy and completion
  • Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders
  • Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing
  • Work on variety of web-based client systems
  • Communicate openly with clients and internal sales department to resolve inquires


  • Must have Microsoft Excel experience including spreadsheet development and the ability to create simple formulas and sort data
