Responsibility:
Cycle Counting / Inventory Control and management
Maintain work schedules and work assignments
Establish warehouse practices and procedures to achieve an efficient warehouse
Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, report to management and customers
Comply with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirement by studying existing and new regulations to keep the requirements and advising management for needed actions.
Manage warehouse KPI measurement and, continuously improve operational performance and efficiency to satisfying both company and customer needs.
Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting and training employees in cooperation with HR.
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
Maintain warehouse equipment and tools and keep the safe work environment.
Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Requirement:
Korean/English bi-lingual
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with prior experience managing a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred
Strong knowledge of logistics procedures, including analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to drive results.
Strong Reporting skills for management and customers.
Ability to be flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities to meet the goals
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
SAP experience is preferable
