Typical Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifies new prospects and initiate engagements through cold calling and referrals 
  • Proactively staying abreast of customer developments and projects
  • Proactively identifies and promotes products, and/or services
  • Proactively and regularly contacts customers to offer solutions
  • Document and compile customer profiles 
  • Administer, facilitate, and coordinate customer transactions and requirements
  • Manage multiple concurrent customers and projects using tailored project management tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Typically possesses 2 or 3 years of sales and marketing experience in related field/industry
  • Experience with cold calling

 

Preferred

  • Knowledge of HVAC industry, HVAC systems, and technologies
  • Bi-lingual fluency in Korean is a strong plus (English fluency is mandatory)
