Responsibility:

Communication between clients and operation teams.

Assist with processing incoming orders, verifying accuracy, validating, and resolving discrepancies.

Receiving and validating shipping approvals and matching to orders.

Determining shipping, re-work order instructions based on contracted terms, SOPs and delivery requirements.

Communicate and resolve issues with suppliers and clients.

Report daily operations and exceptions to clients.

Provides consistent and exceptional customer service levels through prompt communication.


Requirement:

Korean/English bi-lingual

An Associate's or bachelor’s degree

OR, at least 2 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Materials/Inventory Coordination, Transportation Coordination, Customer Service or similar

Customer Service skills

Administrative Office / Administrative Operations skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Accurate Data Entry and Record Keeping skills
