We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who has experience launching marketing campaigns for Saas products and a passion for emerging technologies. The Product Marketing Manager will provide insights about go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and overall conversational AI and voice market trends for sales, marketing, and the product teams. As a product marketer, you’ll be responsible for all product launches for core products across the platform. You’ll create product positioning, messaging, and internal and client-facing product documentation while leading go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across the ecosystem. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. The overarching goal of the position is to place Satisfi Labs in a dominant competitive position and to drive revenue for the products for which they are responsible.

This is a fast-moving start-up. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, analytical, and passionate about the product - reports to CMO.


  • Lead and manage go-to-market strategy and product marketing campaigns that focus on awareness, adoption, usage, and revenue growth.

  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise.

  • Define product positioning, compelling messages, product naming, while contributing to pricing and market segmentation strategy. 

  • Conduct market analysis to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.

  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits. 

  • Create internal and external product marketing materials (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) that articulate the benefits of our product and create product brand consistency.

  • Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.

  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product. 

  • Identify & track metrics to determine the effectiveness of product marketing activities.


  • 3-5 years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience -  B2B experience preferred.

  • Passion for working with technology, saas products, and solving consumer needs.

  • Ability to articulate our company and product value across markets.

  • Be data-driven and have strong analytical skills. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail. 

  • Confident professional personality with a start-up mentality.


  • B2B and start-up experience are a plus.
