OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Marketing Director who has a proven track record in growth marketing for a B2B company. You are passionate about data-driven storytelling and results-driven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for building awareness campaigns of our products and developing a solid marketing pipeline to drive customer acquisition across verticals and new markets. Working collaboratively with sales and product leaders, you will own both go-to-market and lead generation campaigns. You are highly analytical and are obsessed with measuring and reporting results. 


This is a fast-moving start-up, and we value an agile, hands-on, data-driven, and decisive marketer - reports to the CMO.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of demand marketing programs, including developing, executing, coordinating, and measuring integrated campaigns to support consistent and relevant demand generation.

  • Work with internal and external resources to create and craft compelling content, offers, and assets to educate the marketplace via webinars, emails, account-based programs, and social channels - focusing on data-driven storytelling.

  • Manage and partner with our PR agency to develop campaigns to target new markets.

  • Direct digital marketing agency to design and manage paid media campaigns. 

  • Develop and refine marketing qualified lead process for inbound lead generation to enable lead capture, drive qualified lead handoff, and measure cost-per-lead.

  • Build nurture campaigns generated from lead generation campaigns.

  • Own the lead management process between Hubspot and Salesforce.

  • Support the product team in crafting scalable product go-to-market campaigns with a focus on awareness and adoption.

  • Create internal and external product marketing materials that create product brand consistency. 

  • Responsible for creating sales marketing materials, including creating collateral such as presentations, one-sheets, and datasheets.

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns: assess against goals (ROI & KPI).



REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, B2B experience preferred.

  • Ability to articulate our company and product value across markets.

  • Be data-driven and have strong analytical skills. 

  • Passionate about data-driven storytelling.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail. 

  • Confident professional personality with a start-up mentality.

  • Salesforce and Hubspot (or similar platform) experience. 

  • Strong PowerPoint skills and basic experience with design programs.


BONUS:

  • B2B and start-up experience are a plus.

  • Copy editing experience is a plus.
