About the Role

The Supplier Operations Specialist will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of Labviva Suppliers. This role will work with new and existing suppliers to ensure vendor needs are met. That could be updating price files, adding marketing materials or onboarding new suppliers. The role will encompass the following: training on best practices, following procedures, answering follow up questions, providing Customer Success team with onboarding status and formal hand off to the Supplier Account Managers post onboarding. It will also encompass investigative work to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise and escalate to the proper team for resolution.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

How You Will Contribute

  • Have excellent follow-through with supplier inquiries and requests.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to supplier needs and objectives.

  • Work with all in-house departments, engineering, accounting, customer success, and business development, to ensure our suppliers get the best Labviva has to offer.

  • Track & Report on account metrics (e.g., monthly or quarterly metrics).

  • Assist with challenging supplier requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Your contributions will have a direct impact for long term solutions.

     What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree   

  • 1-2 years experience in a Client Facing role in a business setting  

  • Proven track record of managing your own accounts

  • Must have experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Must be at least familiar with JIRA and CRM solutions

  • Experience working at Start Ups a plus

  • Experience delivering client focused solutions to meet customer needs
