Job duties: Responsible for driving positive change at major organizations by developing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders and by driving a team to understand the stakeholders’ key issues and to create strategies for change. Specific duties include:

Identifying client issues related to long-term growth, product positioning, marketing, operational improvements, and efficiency.

Creating hypotheses and driving teams to collect data to analyze financial data, including key performance indicators, benchmark reports, and industry metrics.

Interviewing subject matter experts, organizing focus groups, and facilitating workshops with client employees, management teams, and other stakeholders.

Directing research of client organizations and industries.

Leading teams in the analysis of large quantitative data sets.

Overseeing preparation of PowerPoint presentations, business memos, and supporting documents to recommend courses of action.

Developing pilots and outlining full-scale project plans for clients to implement strategic recommendations.

Cultivating client relationships.

Aiding in recruiting efforts.

Contributing to the development of the company’s intellectual property by publishing white papers and articles.

Owning the company’s development efforts and leading internal operating initiatives.
Job Requirements : Requires Master’s degree in business administration or related field plus two (2) years of experience in management analysis or related experience in project management.
*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following:
1. Developing pilot programs.
2. Directing research.
3. Preparing presentations.
4. Developing business strategies.
5. Leading multiple teams.
6. Discounted cashflow modeling.
7. Leveraged buyouts.
*Any level of experience or knowledge in the specific skills is acceptable.
* Telecommuting permitted from any location in the U.S.
The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $280,000 per year.
