We are seeking an innovative technical program manager to contribute to the development of new technology products for our company.
Reporting to our Director of Product Engineering, your duties will include overseeing the various stages of product development and collaborating with the engineering team.
To be successful in this role, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical program management in software development. Top-notch technical program managers combine their business knowledge with technological expertise to promote product innovation.


  • Planning and managing timelines and sprints addressing workloads from product management.

  • Collaborating with engineers and management to ensure that workloads are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Reporting development progress to senior managers.

  • Understanding technical issues and working with teams to provide resolution options.

  • Breaking down high level objectives into actionable tasks for engineers.

  • Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.

  • Experience using project management tools (such as Jira and MS Project).

  • Experience working with engineerings and managing sprints for scrum teams.

  • Provide regular status updates on progress, highlight areas of concern and provide possible solutions.

  • Proficiency in programming languages ​​and coding, such as JavaScript, desired but not critical.

  • Proficiency in infrastructure systems such as Docker and Kubernetes desired but not critical.

  • Experience working in manufacturing industry desired but not critical.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
