Architectural Production Support
Edmonds, WA/Puget Sound Region
Full-time, Hybrid Workplace, Salary Commensurate with Experience

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A Team Member who is passionate about providing production support on healthcare architecture projects.  As an experienced production support with 5-7 years of recognized expertise in project delivery, you will lead on the production of drawings and work with a  team of architects and designers to deliver complex healthcare architectural projects from concept through construction. Our focus is on patient care with clients ranging from private physicians' practices to local, rural, and regional healthcare systems.   

  • Self-directed architectural support - able to independently put together a set of documents for permit and/or bidding. 

  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Someone who is flexible and eager to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with a team of architects and designers to assist in the creation and development of architectural designs and plans

  • Produce detailed Revit drawings, 3D models, and presentations from sketches, notes, and verbal instructions

  • Create Revit Families and improve Revit Templates

  • Maintain records of all changes made to drawings

  • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to project requirements

  • Assist in the coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success

  • Participate in on-site or virtual meetings and site visits

Technical Knowledge 

  • Professional degree in Architecture preferred

  • 3+ years of Healthcare Architecture experience  

  • Basic knowledge of construction assemblies and detailing 

  • Knowledge and expertise of jurisdictional codes and standards applicable to the design of projects 

  • Basic knowledge of engineering systems 

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects and teams

  • Proven history of excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Can successfully engage with professionals in a multi-disciplinary environment 

Software Requirements 

  • Highly Skilled in using Revit/BIM 360 skills throughout all phases of SD, DD, CD, and CA 

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of Revit templates, families, and company-wide Revit Model Management

  • Proficient in using Zoom and/or MS Teams for meeting facilitation, project management, and file management

  • Proficient in using Bluebeam for progress review and QA/QC coordination 

  • Experience working with scheduling software

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD 

  • Working knowledge of digital modeling tools such as Sketchup, Rhino, and Formit
