The Clearside Brand Manager is responsible for the development of brand identity, messaging, brand plans, programs, and go-to-market activities to achieve the brand’s short and long term business objectives for Clearside’s first product launch.
These responsibilities include successful market analysis, strategy, planning, project coordination, packaging development, website management and launch of its flagship product (currently in clinical trials) while working with vendors around Brand Development.
Responsibilities also include development of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, medical marketing strategic initiatives and management of marketing/communications for the brand and the company. This team member will ensure that effective communications/ messaging is consistent throughout all business channels.

Basic qualifications include:
BS/BA with 5+ years of experience in brand marketing with experience in pharmaceuticals preferred

Strong preference for Ophthalmology/Retina experience. Demonstrated success in product launches

Preferred qualifications include:
Demonstration of resourcefulness and success in a startup environment
