We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales with a background in the Martech industry to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Martech solutions to Enterprise clients and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Lead and Mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve team goals and individual targets.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive sales.

Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to drive product adoption (Byonic) and customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance metrics and KPI’s to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company as a leader in the Martech space.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of success in selling Martech solutions to enterprise clients and agencies

Strong understanding of Martech industry trends and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentations skills
