We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support our EVP of Sales. This role is critical in ensuring that the Sales team operates efficiently and effectively, enabling the revenue organization to achieve its goals. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and key liaison within the organization, helping to drive initiatives, manage priorities, and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with the EVP Sales to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.

Assist in the preparation and follow-up of strategic meetings, including revenue forecasts, business reviews, and board presentations.

3. Operational Efficiency:

Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of revenue initiatives.

Ensure that communication and reporting structures are clear and effective.
4. Communication and Liaison:

Serve as a key point of contact between the EVP Sales and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage the EVP’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and engagements.
6. Advisory and Support:

Provide analytical support and insights to aid in decision-making processes.

Advise the EVP on business matters, offering recommendations based on thorough analysis.
