Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all users, triage requests and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Account creation, disablement, and password.
  • Responsible for direct engagement with users, administrators, and project managers.
  • Responsible for coordination between multiple organizations, tracking system user level action items.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues related to tools.
  • Provide detailed reports at a minimum frequency of monthly and bi-monthly, including but not limited to, usage, and support request roll-up, identifying significant data points and anomalies of interest to the customer.
  • Prepare system and training documentation, user manuals, FAQs to support the user experience.
  • Support the issue and use of multi-factor authentication key.
  • Directly communicate with all system users, through multiple networks (classified/non-classified).
  • Coordinate with tool vendors and technical SMEs for functionality checks.
  • Manage the license distro and allocation list.
  • SharePoint portal administration specific to storage and management of the Master License listing.

 

Requirements:

  • High School & 8+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to assist in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems.
  • Knowledge to maintain a tracking system for usage evaluation and to maintain an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software and supplies.
  • Skills include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, monitoring and tuning system performance, installing system wide software, validating and implementing critical system patches, allocating mass storage space and allocating virtual machines.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritize various customers’ needs and meet specific Standard Levels of Agreement (SLA)s.
  • Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain Top-Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Work location is: (Onsite) Ft. Belvoir, 9820 Flagler Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060
  • Work hours: 7am to 4pm (with the ability to flex).

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

 

  • BS in Computer Science, Information System or a related field
  • Certifications in one or more of the following: Cloud+/ Network+/Linux+ /Sec+
  • DoD experience
