Responsibilities:

  • Use analytic techniques to identify and prioritize capability gaps and find solutions for open-source operations.
  •  Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for PAI enterprise solutions.
  • Review requirements, receive vendor materials and demos, and determine the feasibility of meeting government criteria (auditing, oversight, non-foreign ownership).
  • Evaluate the functionalities and features of existing and emerging software capabilities, providing insights into strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Perform formal evaluations to assess strengths, weaknesses, real-world use.
  • Evaluate data sources for accuracy and relevance, ensuring high-quality data incorporation for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop visually compelling and insightful Power BI dashboards to present key metrics and trends.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging software capabilities, providing recommendations for potential procurement.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors and 8+ years of intelligence experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detailed oriented; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritize various customers’ needs and meet specific Standard Levels of Agreement (SLA)s.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills using ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Candidate must demonstrate trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
  • Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Work location: Position offers a hybrid work environment with location based in or near Ft. Belvoir, VA, or Tampa, FL.
  • Work hours: 7am to 4pm (with the ability to flex).
